Allium carmeli is a species of flowering plant in the Amaryllidaceae family. It is found in Israel, Palestine, Syria and Lebanon. It is a bulb-forming perennial with pink flowers.The specific epithet, carmeli, refers to Mount Carmel in northern Israel.
