ON THIS PLANT
A note from PlantMom
Diospyros macrocarpa is resistant to disease and is generally not prone to infections. In terms of care, this plant is fairly low-maintenance. When planted outdoors it needs little watering, and larger specimens typically do not require pruning. Smaller plants, however, should be pruned after they have bloomed. Diospyros macrocarpat is appropriate for anyone with an outdoor space, such as a garden or deck, and does not require extensive experience in plant care.
