Erysimum grandiflorum

Erysimum duriaei comes from sunny, open habitats and performs best in full sun. It can tolerate some shade but favors direct sunlight for optimal growth. This plant, which can be annual or biennial, is noted for its sun-loving character.

When most of Erysimum duriaei's blooms have opened to full size, it's time to resume fertilizing. Around the period when blooms are at peak output, apply fertilizer once every three to four weeks, weather permitting. Then, once Erysimum duriaei begins producing fewer new blooms, stop fertilizing; there is no need to fertilize when the plant can no longer produce more blooms.
