A note from PlantMom

Seriphidium caerulescens subsp. caerulescens exhibits strong resistance to disease and is generally not vulnerable to illnesses. Regarding maintenance, this plant is fairly low-maintenance. When grown outdoors it needs only light watering, and larger plants typically do not require pruning. Smaller plants, however, should be pruned after they have finished blooming. Seriphidium caerulescens subsp. caerulescenst is appropriate for anyone who has an outdoor area, like a garden or a deck, and it does not demand much prior plant-care experience.
